Media Saray Restaurant is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Female Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in our Children’s Play/Dining Section and the Female Restrooms.
The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, and understands the importance of keeping family-friendly areas spotless and welcoming for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Continuous Cleaning: Regularly clean, sanitize, and tidy up the children's dining and play areas throughout the day.
- Toy & Equipment Sanitization: Disinfect toys, highchairs, play structures, tables, and touchpoints frequently using child-safe cleaning products.
- Spill & Mess Management: Promptly and safely clean up food spills, dropped items, and other messes to prevent slips and falls.
- Safety Monitoring: Check the area for any broken toys, sharp edges, or potential hazards and report them immediately to management.
- Guest Assistance: Provide a warm, welcoming, and polite attitude toward families with children.
- Regular Restroom Checks: Inspect the female restrooms at scheduled intervals (or continuously during peak hours) to ensure pristine conditions.
- Cleaning & Disinfection: Mop floors, wipe down sinks, mirrors, changing tables, and sanitize toilet stalls frequently.
- Replenishing Supplies: Ensure hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and feminine hygiene products are fully stocked at all times.
- Trash Removal: Empty waste bins regularly and ensure the restrooms remain odor-free.
- Adhere strictly to the restaurant’s health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaking faucets, broken locks, damaged furniture) to the maintenance team or manager.
- Assist other housekeeping team members during peak operational hours or for deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience (preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or family entertainment center) is a strong plus.
- Hygiene Standards: Exceptional knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols.
- Personality: Patient, friendly, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a family-oriented environment.
