Responsibilities
- Wood is recruiting for a Control System Engineer to join its Iraq business unit focusing on design, configuration, testing, and commission control and automation systems.
- Design, configure, test, and commission control and automation systems.
- Development of control logic (IEC 61131-3)
- System integration testing and FAT/SAT
- Configuration of control interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, HART)
- Support lifecycle maintenance and upgrades
- Participation in alarm rationalisation and tuning activities
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- PCS and SIS platforms
- Networking within process control domains
- HMI and historian integration
Working hours
- This role is a full-time on-site role in Basra, Iraq with travel requirement.
