Agriculture/Landscape Engineer

Darin Group is seeking an Agriculture/Landscape Engineer in Erbil to oversee landscape design, planting, and irrigation for residential projects.

Develop and review landscape designs and concepts for residential developments, including gardens, green areas, pathways, planting areas, and outdoor spaces.
Prepare and review landscape plans, planting layouts, irrigation layouts, and technical drawings.
Select appropriate trees, plants, shrubs, flowers, grass, and other landscape materials based on climate, soil conditions, aesthetics, and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, civil, MEP, and other engineering teams to ensure proper integration of landscape works with the overall project design.
Supervise landscape contractors and subcontractors and monitor their daily activities.
Conduct site inspections to ensure that landscape works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Monitor planting, irrigation, soil preparation, drainage, and other landscape-related works.

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in residential, landscaping, or construction projects.
Proven experience in landscape design and execution, particularly for residential projects.
Good knowledge of local and suitable plants, trees, shrubs, grass, and landscaping materials.
Practical experience with irrigation systems, soil preparation, drainage, planting, and landscape maintenance.
Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and landscape drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant design software is preferred.
