HKN Hamrin Ltd. is a privately held, independent oil and gas company operating in the Republic of Iraq. The Hamrin Block is comprised of 535 km2 and contains one producing field. The Hamrin field produces oil primarily from the Tertiary (Miocene) reservoirs — the Jeribe and Euphrates formations — with the Dhiban formation as a secondary reservoir.

ئەرکەکان

  • Supports every department in managing HKN Hamrin materials, helping ensure receiving, issuing and returns procedures are followed consistently and accurately.
  • Core responsibilities include assisting with warehouse operations, managing inventory and assets, disposing of goods, and coordinating local logistics.
  • Loads, unloads and moves materials, tools and equipment safely and efficiently, both inside the warehouse and at job sites.
  • Helps receive incoming materials and stores and arrange them in their designated warehouse locations.
  • Carries out regular inventory checks and keeps inventory records up to date.
  • Keeps the warehouse clean and orderly, storing materials safely and keeping aisles clear of obstructions.
  • Carries out routine cleaning and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Follows HKN's safety procedures for material handling, hazardous substances and heavy equipment operation, and immediately reports any hazard or incident to supervisors.
  • Performs basic maintenance on warehouse machinery, including checking for wear and tear and making minor repairs.
  • Works closely with supervisors, colleagues and other warehouse staff so that daily tasks run smoothly.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and other departments to coordinate the movement of goods and materials.
  • Helps pack and label materials for shipment.
  • Make sure shipments are properly documented and tracked so they are delivered on time.
  • Supports special warehouse projects or tasks assigned by supervisors or management, such as inventory audits or warehouse reorganizations.

مەرجەکان

  • Previous warehouse or labour experience, ideally in an oil & gas environment.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and carry out physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic verbal communication skills for working with team members and supervisors.
  • A good team player.
  • Respectful and understanding of different cultures.
  • Flexible, and willing to work outside normal hours when required.
  • Working proficiency in English and Arabic sufficient to prepare reports and correspond with international stakeholders is preferred.

  • Three months’ probation
  • The role is carried out across the warehouse office, the laydown yard and outdoor areas, so you will be exposed to heat, cold, noise and changing weather. You must be able to lift up to 25 kg, stand and walk for long periods, and wear the required PPE. To support field operations, schedules may involve extended hours, weekend work, on-call availability or rotating shifts.
