دەربارەی کارەکە
mselect is looking to hire a Utility and Project Manager for a manufacturing and distribution client in Erbil, Iraq.
ئەرکەکان
- Manage and oversee all site utility systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operation
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utility equipment
- Supervise technicians, contractors, and external service providers
- Monitor and optimise energy, water, fuel, and utility costs
- Plan and manage utility-related projects, budgets, spare parts, and procurement
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement root-cause solutions
- Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP/food safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams
- Maintain utility, maintenance, and technical documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, electromechanical, or industrial engineering or a related field
- 7–10 years of industrial/FMCG experience, including 3–5 years managing utilities
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, food, dairy, bottling, or high-volume manufacturing is preferred
- Strong hands-on knowledge of boilers, steam systems, chillers, refrigeration, air compressors, generators, electrical distribution, RO/water treatment, wastewater treatment, and CO₂ systems
- Strong preventive maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Proven track record of reducing energy, water, fuel consumption, and operating costs
- Experience managing technicians, contractors, budgets, and spare parts
- Strong knowledge of HSE, GMP/food safety, and environmental compliance
- Strong English communication skills; Kurdish and/or Arabic is an advantage
