دەربارەی کارەکە
A travel company is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Ticketing Agent to join its professional team.
مەرجەکان
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in flight ticket reservations, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and travel health insurance.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with airline reservation and ticketing systems.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email correspondence, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and marketing skills.
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is mandatory.
