دەربارەی کارەکە
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Officer in Erbil.
ئەرکەکان
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer stage.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Review CVs, screen applications, and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and updated CV database.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare candidate profiles and submit qualified CVs to clients.
- Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients
مەرجەکان
- Open to: locals only
- Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous recruitment experience for minimum 3 years.
- Open to travel other Iraqi cities for work purposes.
- Good knowledge in HR functions.
