کۆمپانیای roots of orient بەدوای ئەندازیارێکی شوێنکاردا دەگەڕێت لە هەولێر بۆ سەرپەرشتیکردنی چالاکییەکانی ڕۆژانەی بیناسازی، پێداچوونەوە بە نەخشە ئەندازیارییەکان، و چاودێریکردنی جێبەجێکردنی پڕۆژە. داواکار دەبێت بڕوانامەی بەکالۆریۆسی لە ئەندازیاری شارستانی، تەلارسازی، یان بوارێکی پەیوەندیداردا هەبێت و شارەزای AutoCAD بێت.
ئەرکەکان
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies or site-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards.
- Calculate and verify quantities of completed works and materials required on site.
- Coordinate material requests and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and completed quantities.
- Assist with measurements, variations, and preparation of supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report technical issues, delays, risks, and required corrective actions to the Project Manager.
- Attend site and coordination meetings when required.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, inspections, approvals, and site documentation.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant construction/site experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of additional engineering/project management software is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and work effectively under pressure.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- English and Kurdish/Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Must be available to work on-site in Erbil.
- Previous experience in building construction, renovation, finishing works, infrastructure, or contracting projects is an advantage.
