دەربارەی کارەکە
DC Towers by Darin Group is seeking a qualified male architectural engineer that leads the works of the tower project, ensuring that design, finishing, and site execution follow the approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
ئەرکەکان
- Review architectural drawings and specifications, and coordinate them with the structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare, review, and approve shop drawings, sections, details, and as-built drawings.
- Check levels, slopes, and finished floor and ceiling heights against the design and site conditions.
- Supervise architectural finishing works, including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, façade interfaces, doors, windows, and joinery.
- Review material submittals, samples, and mock-ups, and recommend approval or rejection.
- Inspect finishing works for quality, workmanship, and compliance with the specifications.
- Review and follow up on landscape and external works, including hardscape, softscape, drainage, and slopes.
- Coordinate landscape works with the main building and the infrastructure drawings.
- Prepare and review the architectural Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Measure and verify executed quantities for contractor payment certificates.
- Identify variations and additional works, and prepare the related quantity and cost assessments.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, and resolve design and site issues.
- Respond to technical queries and prepare RFIs.
- Prepare progress reports for the Architectural Consultant and attend site and coordination meetings.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural engineering, including at least 5 years on high-rise or tower projects.
- Strong practical experience in finishing works, BOQ preparation, shop drawings, sections, levels, and slope setting.
- Experience in landscape and external works is required.
- AutoCAD and Revit (advanced).
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for quantities and BOQ.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, finishing standards, and building codes.
