گەڕانکار / مینبڕ وەک بەشێک لە تیمێک لە پارێزگای زیقار کاردەکات بۆ ڕووپێوی تەکنیکی و پاککردنەوە و نیشانەکردنی پاشماوەی تەقەمەنی جەنگ بەپێی ڕێکارەکانی NPA. پێویستە داواکار خولە ڕاهێنانە پێویستەکان تەواو بکات، زمانی عەرەبی بەباشی بزانێت و توانای خۆگونجاندنی لەگەڵ بارودۆخی سەختی مەیدانیدا هەبێت.

دەربارەی کارەکە

Job purpose:

The Searcher is a part of a team conducting technical survey and/or clearance of Explosive Remnants of War. The Searcher is deployed with the team in a specified area and responsible for the clearance and marking in accordance with NPA Iraq SOP.

Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. This recruitment process will also serve as a recruitment pool for future Searcher vacancies in NPA Dhi Qar. Suitable candidates who successfully meet the selection criteria may be considered for additional vacancies that arise in the future, subject to position availability, management approval, and applicable recruitment procedures. Establishing this pool does not guarantee future employment.

ئەرکەکان

  • Work within the framework of NPA core values
  • Act as an ambassador for NPA, through professionalism and conduct
  • Adhere to all NPA policies, regulations and procedures
  • Maintain and care for all equipment issued by NPA and for any loss or damage, you will be liable for repair or replacement
  • Follow all verbal and/or written instructions, unless in direct violation of safety and duty of care
  • Ensure a safe workplace and protect all staff and equipment from damage/ injury
  • Work in accordance with adhere to NPA Iraq SOP at all times.
  • Search and clearance of ERW in dedicated area.
  • Ensure that PPE, tools and equipment are clean, in working order and all items are present.
  • Follow the instructions of the Team Leader, expediently, safely and without objections.
  • Accept responsibility for his/her safety and act in a disciplined way at all times.
  • Report all safety concerns or any damaged or missed PPE, tools or equipment immediately to the Team Leader.
  • Other tasks given by the Team Leader or other Supervisor.
  • If assigned as a driver in addition to his/her position as searcher, the Driver job description shall be attached and signed.
  • Complete vehicle log sheets and submit to Fleet Office on the last working day of the month
  • Ensure all vehicle legal documents kept on the vehicle such as registration, movement permissions, driver’s license, insurance details, etc
  • Know and follow NPA Driver Vehicle SOP and Policy
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues to Fleet Officer/Team Leader
  • Complete LDR/MFA or accident reports on vehicles in any required circumstances
  • Conduct weekly vehicle washing and maintenance and keep vehicle clean of rubbish daily
  • Assist Fleet Officer with vehicle re-fuelling and repairs as required

  • Successfully pass relevant training courses
  • Demining/BAC/Survey/NTS Course
  • Drivers (manual) License
  • Verbal proficiency in Arabic
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication and understanding skills
  • Able to work effectively under stressful situations and adapt to difficult conditions
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the country
