دەربارەی کارەکە
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and develop strategies to achieve revenue and market growth objectives. The role will be responsible for managing sales performance, developing key accounts, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the company's market presence.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Develop key customer and strategic accounts.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Review sales forecasts and prepare regular management reports.
- Support major customer negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, logistics, and other departments.
- Ensure effective sales coverage and customer service.
- Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG, food, food service, or distribution.
- Previous experience managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and customer development.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Arabic and English are mandatory.
- Kurdish or other languages are an advantage.
