ئەمە ڕۆڵێکی تەواوکاتە لە بەغدا بۆ کەسێک کە لانیکەم دوو ساڵ ئەزموونی شوێنی کاری بیناسازی هەبێت. پۆستەکە پشتگیری فرۆشتنی کیمیاییەکانی بیناسازی، پەیوەندی لەگەڵ دابینکەرەکان، سەردانی مەیدانی، ڕاپۆرتکردن و زانیاری تەکنیکی بەرهەم دەکات و زمانی تورکی و ئینگلیزی پێویستە.
مەرجەکان
- Graduate of a Construction departments of Engineering
- At least 2 years of construction site experience in the construction/building sector.
- Turkish and English
- Required, Inside and outside of Iraq
ئەرکەکان
- Support sales activities for the Company’s construction chemicals product portfolio (tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, repair mortars, flooring systems, etc.).
- Regularly visit dealers, sub-dealers, and applicator networks within the assigned territory and monitor market developments.
- Ensure that product, pricing, stock, campaign, and technical requests received from dealers are communicated to the relevant departments.
- Follow up on dealer order processes and support the timely shipment of orders.
- Work in coordination with the sales team and contribute to the achievement of defined sales targets.
- Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing policies, new product launches, and campaigns.
- Conduct field visits to check product availability, shelf/display arrangements, and dealer stock levels.
- Record complaints, suggestions, and requests received from dealers and customers and follow up on the resolution processes.
- Analyze regional sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collect field data to be used in sales and marketing activities and present the data to relevant managers.
- Support the organization of dealer trainings, product demonstrations, customer meetings, and field activities.
- Work in coordination with the sales and technical teams to provide technical information regarding the proper application of products.
- Prepare monthly visit plans and regularly report completed activities.
- Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction in line with Company policies.
