دەربارەی کارەکە
As a Sales & Account Manager, you will serve as a key link between WADE and its merchant partners. You will help restaurants understand the value of the WADE platform, build strong business relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and support business growth.
ئەرکەکان
- Identify and prospect potential restaurant clients through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Introduce the WADE app, including its features and benefits, to prospective clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decisionmakers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
- Follow up with prospects and support the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on client acquisition strategies.
- Track and report sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
- Share market insights and client feedback with the Development Team to support product improvements.
مەرجەکان
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, client relationship management, and sales reporting.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, and commitment to company policies.
- Kurdish is required; Arabic and English are a plus.
