- Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients through outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Client Meetings & Presentations
- Understand client needs and present suitable advertising and AdTech solutions.
- Clearly communicate the value of proposed solutions to clients.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and consistently follow up with potential clients.
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed deals.
- Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide campaign updates and performance reports.
- Address client needs and identifies renewal and upselling opportunities.
- CRM & Pipeline Management
- Keep leads, opportunities, follow-ups, meeting notes, and deal stages accurate and up to date in the CRM.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth handover and successful campaign and service delivery after closing.
مەرجەکان
- Proven sales experience; experience in advertising, media, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Confidence in prospecting and approaching new clients.
- Target-driven, organized, and accountable for results.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate professionally in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
