- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions across departments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the applicant tracking process
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
