دەربارەی کارەکە
A well-known hotel in Erbil is hiring a Receptionist to join its hospitality team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
ئەرکەکان
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing/payment processes
- Work rotating shifts to ensure consistent front desk coverage
- Additional responsibilities to be detailed during the interview
مەرجەکان
- Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic, or English and Kurdish
- Any related educational background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Additional requirements will be provided during the interview

- Working Hours: 8 hours/day (3 shifts, rotational)
- Working Days: 6 days/week
