ئەرکەکان
- Oversee the overall progress of construction projects from planning through execution.
- Monitor project activities to ensure they are progressing in accordance with approved plans and requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and other relevant parties.
- Follow up on pending tasks and outstanding activities.
- Maintain an updated list of pending actions and ensure responsible parties are following up accordingly.
- Identify delays or issues affecting project progress and escalate them to management when required.
- Monitor project deadlines and key milestones.
- Follow up with responsible teams to ensure activities are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Identify potential delays and coordinate with the relevant teams to address them.
- Review and follow up on project planning schedules and construction programs.
- Monitor actual work progress against the approved schedule.
- Identify deviations between planned and actual progress and report them to management.
- Coordinate with the planning team to ensure schedules are regularly updated.
- Monitor the overall performance and progress of construction activities.
- Review project performance against agreed targets, schedules, and milestones.
- Monitor resources, activities, and major project requirements to identify potential risks or delays.
- Conduct or coordinate periodic reviews and audits of project activities and documentation.
- Ensure that project activities are being carried out in accordance with approved procedures, plans, and company requirements.
- Identify gaps, issues, or non-compliance and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
- Provide updates on completed, ongoing, and pending activities.
- Report delays, risks, challenges, and issues affecting project progress.
- Provide recommendations and proposed corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Attend project meetings and follow up on agreed actions and decisions.
- Ensure that important project information is communicated to the relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Identify potential project risks and delays.
- Follow up on issues affecting project execution and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- Escalate significant issues to senior management when necessary.
- Provide management with accurate and timely information regarding project status and performance.
- Support management in reviewing project progress and making decisions related to construction activities.
- Perform other duties related to construction project management as assigned.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
- Previous experience in managing or monitoring large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or tower construction projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project schedules, and work progress monitoring.
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
