دەربارەی کارەکە
The company is seeking an experienced Software Team Leader to oversee production software operations supporting labeling activities within a complex warehouse environment.
The role focuses on managing production software, planning and assigning work orders, coordinating labeling operations across multiple lines, monitoring productivity, and ensuring accurate execution and reporting.
The final job title and seniority may be adjusted based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.
ئەرکەکان
- Operate and manage proprietary production software integrated with warehouse operations and the serialization module.
- Plan, generate, and organize work orders based on product readiness and serialized label availability.
- Manage labeling operations across multiple warehouse storage zones and more than 100 labeling lines.
- Assign and distribute work orders through the system to designated labeling line supervisors, staff, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor labeling line productivity and estimate work-order completion times based on batch size, product characteristics, and line capabilities.
- Track work-order execution throughout the labeling process and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
- Manage high volumes of products awaiting labeling and develop structured plans for upcoming operations to balance workloads, maximize throughput, and minimize congestion or mismatches.
- Monitor labeling machine performance and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Prepare daily operational reports covering labeled quantities, errors, deviations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and upcoming operational plans.
- Maintain accurate, structured, and comprehensive operational documentation.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within pharmaceutical or production environments.
- Strong software and production operations skills, including the ability to plan, assign, and monitor work orders across labeling lines and warehouse zones.
- Strong understanding of operational coordination and workload management.
- Demonstrated team leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on preventing labeling and execution errors.
- Strong analytical, organizational, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to estimate completion times and manage high product volumes.
- Fluency in Kurdish and English. Arabic and Turkish are an advantage.
