دەربارەی کارەکە
mselect is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant for a retail client in Baghdad, Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years in pre-sales, technical consulting, or enterprise IT, with experience using MDM platforms. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for providing technical expertise and solution design support to sales teams, partners, and customers. The role focuses on driving enterprise adoption of technology solutions and ensuring their seamless integration within mixed IT environments.
ئەرکەکان
- Acts as a techno-commercial subject matter expert for enterprise technology solutions, supporting sales teams with proposals and pitches for business customers
- Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies the sales team on visits to customers
- Designs and delivers solution proposals, demos, proofs-of-concept, and RFP responses alongside channel partners
- Conducts partner enablement sessions, technical workshops, and product training to build technical competency across the channel
- Showcases enterprise mobility solutions, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and enterprise application integrations
- Supports enterprise IT teams with security, compliance, and integration of devices into Windows and Active Directory environments
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with regional technology teams, ecosystem partners, and key enterprise accounts
- Provides post-sales technical support when required during solution implementation and customer adoption
- Stays updated on enterprise technology solutions, Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, and security frameworks
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years in pre-sales, technical consulting, or enterprise IT
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems and solutions
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune
- Experience integrating devices within mixed IT environments
- Strong understanding of device management, security, compliance, and enterprise integration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
