کۆڕەک تلیکۆم پێویستی بە نوێنەری خاڵی فرۆشتنە لە هەڵەبجە بۆ پێشوازیکردن لە کڕیاران، فرۆشتنی سیمکارت و خزمەتگوزارییەکان، وەرگرتنی پارە و تۆمارکردنی کارەکانی ڕۆژانە.
ئەرکەکان
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing best quality of service and reflecting the company best image.
- Welcome customers, answer and solve their inquires in professional manner.
- Promote and sell new sim cards, products and value added services, and performed related data entry on the system.
- Collect all types of payments from customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and register valid customers complaints on the system.
- Submit all records (forms, application...) related to point of sales daily operation to concerned departments.
مەرجەکان
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor in relevant field
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Languages: Arabic (required), English (preferred), Kurdish (required)
- Excellent communication skills (effective verbal and listening skills).
- Courteous with positive attitude.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer oriented.
