دەربارەی کارەکە

Shahan Company is seeking an operations Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of French Village’s commercial outlets, including FV Market, MV Cafe, FV Bakery, FV Fast Food, FV Gaming Hub, and other current or future commercial outlets. The successful candidate will support outlet supervision and staff coordination, maintain operational readiness and service standards, follow up on stock, cost, maintenance, equipment, and customer-service matters, and help ensure smooth and consistent operations across all outlets.

  • Support the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of all French Village commercial outlets.
  • Carry out routine outlet checks and support staff coordination to maintain operational readiness, cleanliness, stock and equipment availability, presentation, and service standards.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, wastage, losses, and operational costs, and report unusual trends, shortages, or concerns to the Operations Manager.
  • Follow up on maintenance, equipment, utilities, cleaning, and other operational issues.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, Marketing, and relevant departments as needed.
  • Support the resolution of routine customer-service issues and maintain operational records.
  • Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager regarding outlet status and unresolved matters.

مەرجەکان

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, hospitality, food and beverage (F&B), retail, or another multi-outlet commercial environment.
  • Arabic proficiency is required; English proficiency is preferred.
  • Practical experience supporting the supervision and coordination of multiple outlets and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to monitor sales, stock levels, wastage, losses, and operational costs and provide clear operational updates.
  • Flexibility to work according to French Village commercial operating hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Previous multi-outlet operations experience, with exposure to inventory control, supplier coordination, cost awareness, wastage, or loss prevention, is preferred.
  • Experience following up on maintenance, equipment issues, utilities, cleanliness, and general outlet readiness is preferred.
  • Strong customer-service judgment and ability to support the resolution of routine operational complaints and service issues are preferred.
