دەربارەی کارەکە
Role: Operations Specialist is part of the logistics team. Their responsibility is to manage shipment pricing, collection, and delivery in all of its details until it reaches the customer. It is strongly recommended to carefully read this job vacancy details as the position is very technical and requires prior experience.
ئەرکەکان
- Achieving desired operational results of just in time delivery by controlling every step of the shipment's operational cycle from initial quotation to final delivery.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by email, phone, and in person.
- Give direction to international agents, provide instruction, documents analysis and recommendations on how to proceed with shipments.
- Ensure accuracy of information that is provided and received on documents or verbal and ensure timeliness.
- Providing technical feedback and advice to other team members for land, air, sea freights and customs clearance.
- Take lead and own the shipment's movement process and implement company's instructions.
- Manage relations with external stakeholders including agents and suppliers and build strong working relationships in addition to adding new agents to the list.
مەرجەکان
- At minimum 5 years of experience in international land, sea, and air shipments including deep knowledge of routes, ports, requirements, and documentations for all shipment modes.
- Knowledge of bulk and break-bulk especially OOG shipments and in particular how to handle POD and final delivery.
- Up to date knowledge of KRI and Federal Iraq customs procedures and documentations.
- Fluent in Arabic. And excellent professional English. Kurdish and Turkish are bonus.
- Must be a permanent resident of Erbil city.
- Able to sign a long term contract of minimum 5 years in the same position.

- The interview will consist of scenarios of real time ongoing shipments where the candidate will be asked to provide steps, recommendations, analyze documents, audit processes, and make decisions.
