دەزگای عێراقی بۆ گەشەپێدان (IID) بەدوای ڕێکخەرانی پاڵپشتی دەروونی و کۆمەڵایەتی (MHPSS) دەگەڕێت لە بەعاج بۆ پێشکەشکردنی ڕاهێنان و دانیشتنەکانی پاڵپشتی لەسەر ئاستی کۆمەڵگە. پێویستی بە بڕوانامەی بەکالۆریۆس و لانیکەم دوو ساڵ ئەزموون لە بواری پەیوەندیداردا هەیە.

دەربارەی کارەکە

The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) is an independent, non-profit organization working in development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian response across Iraq.

IID focuses on supporting vulnerable communities through integrated programs in livelihoods, MHPSS, education, and social cohesion.

IID is seeking qualified and motivated MHPSS Facilitators – Baaj (Pending Donor Approval) to support the delivery of psychosocial support services at the community level.

The role focuses on facilitating group sessions, awareness activities, and supporting individuals in need.

ئەرکەکان

  • Report directly to the MHPSS Technical Specialist (Line Manager) and provide regular updates on activities and progress
  • Deliver MHPSS group sessions (life skills, emotional support, awareness sessions)
  • Facilitate structured psychosocial activities for different target groups
  • Support the identification of vulnerable individuals and refer cases to Case Managers
  • Conduct outreach and awareness sessions within the community
  • Assist in organizing community activities and engagement sessions
  • Provide basic psychosocial support under supervision
  • Maintain attendance records and activity reports
  • Support data collection and reporting in coordination with the M&E team
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for participants
  • Follow safeguarding and PSEA standards in all activities
  • Participate in training sessions and capacity-building activities
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Conduct field visits and support activities in assigned areas

مەرجەکان

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in MHPSS or community-based programs
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Basic knowledge of MHPSS and psychosocial support approaches
  • Understanding of community engagement and facilitation techniques
  • Knowledge of protection and safeguarding principles
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work with diverse groups
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in Arabic (required)
  • Basic English skills (preferred)
