دەربارەی کارەکە

Pioneer Pharma is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to support machinery maintenance, equipment reliability, and preventive servicing across pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging lines. The successful candidate will diagnose mechanical issues, perform equipment repairs, and ensure machinery operates efficiently while complying with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.

ئەرکەکان

  • Perform preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical breakdowns, vibration issues, and equipment wear.
  • Disassemble, overhaul, align, and reassemble machinery components.
  • Inspect and maintain pneumatic valves, cylinders, steam traps, and fluid delivery pumps.
  • Document maintenance activities, work orders, and spare-parts consumption.
  • Ensure all repairs comply with GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and safety requirements.

مەرجەکان

  • Technical diploma or Intermediate Technical Institute degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, steam systems, industrial pumps, gearboxes, and transmission mechanisms.
  • Ability to read mechanical schematics, assembly diagrams, and equipment service manuals.
  • Familiarity with GMP and workplace safety requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical product, or food manufacturing is preferred.
