دەربارەی کارەکە

LuzLoom is looking for a proactive, versatile person with previous experience working in a marketing or advertising agency who can contribute across marketing, build client relationships, and turn opportunities into signed projects.

ئەرکەکان

  • Research and identify potential clients.
  • Approach businesses through calls, messages, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
  • Arrange meetings, present our services, and understand client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and help close deals.
  • Manage leads, client communication, and follow-ups through our CRM.
  • Support marketing strategies, campaigns, content planning, and social media activities.
  • Coordinate with our creative team to deliver client work.
  • Take ownership of tasks and keep projects moving from planning to completion.

مەرجەکان

  • Previous experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is required.
  • Practical experience across digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
  • Experience in client communication, sales, or business development.
  • Understanding of content creation, paid advertising, lead generation, and CRM tools.
  • Confidence presenting services and communicating with business owners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to take responsibility.
  • Fluency in Kurdish and good English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Availability to work on-site in Erbil and attend client meetings.
