We are looking for a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Supervisor to join our Human Resources team.
ئەرکەکان
- Identify and address current capability gaps across the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of employee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure training programs meet the organization’s evolving learning and development requirements.
- Support employees in developing their skills and professional capabilities.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in HR, Training, or Learning & Development.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
