The land freight specialist is a mid-career role focusing on leading daily operations, supervising subordinates, assigning tasks, and working on achieving results such as Just In Time delivery.
ئەرکەکان
- Lead daily operations, providing technical advisory, and problem solving on the spot.
- Achieve just in time delivery results for shipments:
- Cost avoidance: Ensuring that necessary costs are avoided by proactively planning operations.
- Cost reduction: Focusing on continuously lowering operational costs.
- Implementing management's direction and delegating tasks to subordinates.
- Train, Coach, and supervise subordinates.
مەرجەکان
- Minimum 3 years in similar role or 5 years in a general transportation role.
- Full technical experience in international and domestic land freight operations.
- Up to date knowledge of customs requirements in Iraq and KRI.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Long term contracting availability 5 years minimum.
