کالێکیم پێویستی بە شارەزایەکی ئایتییە بە شێوازی گرێبەست بۆ دابینکردنی پشتگیری تەکنیکی، بەڕێوەبردنی سیستمەکان و چارەسەرکردنی کێشەکانی تۆڕ لە ئۆفیسەکانی دهۆک و هەولێر. پێویستە بڕوانامەی بەکالۆریۆسی پەیوەندیدار، ئەزموونی پێشووی ئایتی و زمانی ئینگلیزی هەبێت.
ئەرکەکان
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot network, internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT-related requests.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring their proper functioning.
- Support the maintenance of CCTV systems and other IT infrastructure when required.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.
- Travel and support both Duhok and Erbil Offices
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar position.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, Windows operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.
- Good command of English; Turkish are preferred.
