Department: Information Technology
Steel Power Co. is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the company's general IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a relevant educational background, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and other technology-related issues.
کاتی دەوام
- Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday
ئەرکەکان
- Provide technical support for the company's IT-related needs.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and computer-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Maintain and support office computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist employees with technical issues and general IT inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain basic network and internet connectivity.
- Support the proper functioning of company IT systems and equipment.
- Assist with basic data protection and IT security practices.
- Perform other IT-related duties as required.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in an IT-related position is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong general knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking, internet connectivity, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot software and computer systems.
- Knowledge of printers, office equipment, and technical troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
- Fluency in Kurdish and English is required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide technical support when needed.
