ئەرکەکان
- Create and maintain IT documentation, technical diagrams, workflows, and procedures.
- Coordinate IT-related activities with other departments and ensure clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, capture key updates, and track action items.
- Maintain Kanban boards and task management tools to provide visibility into priorities, progress, and blockers.
- Follow up with team members and stakeholders to support timely task completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation, workflows, and team collaboration.
مەرجەکان
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with documentation and diagramming tools.
- Basic understanding of IT operations and technical concepts.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Interest in Agile practices, Kanban, and task management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities, collaborate with different teams, and follow through on commitments.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Languages: Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic is required.
