KBR پسپۆڕێکی HVAC بۆ کارکردنی لە شوێنی کار لە ناوچەی پرۆسەی مەجنون دادەمەزرێنێت بۆ چاکسازی، دۆزینەوەی کێشە، دامەزراندن، بەکارخستن و چاککردنەوەی سیستەمە پیشەسازییەکانی HVAC/R. ئەم ڕۆڵە بۆ کەسێکە کە بڕوانامەی زانکۆیی، ٨–١٠ ساڵ ئەزموونی HVAC لە کارگەیەکی پیشەسازیی گەورە و پسپۆڕی پێشکەوتووی VRF/VRV هەبێت.

Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of HVAC/R systems across the Majnoon Process Area by executing comprehensive preventive, shutdown, and corrective maintenance, including inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
ئەرکەکان
- Maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairing of Industrial Inverter Package System (IPAC), Fresh Air Units (FA), VRF/VRV Multi-Zone Dynamic Cooling System & Split Air Conditioners (SACs).
- Perform preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient HVAC operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshooting complex HVAC faults using specialized testing and diagnostic equipment for 2-wire digital communication lines, interpreting electronic error codes (e.g., communication or thermistor faults), and working on Class I earthed inverter-driven electronics.
- Troubleshoot and repair smart VRF/VRV systems incorporating BLDC motors, electronic control cards like Compressor Drive Board (rectifiers and IGBT modules).
- Calibrating and cleaning integrated condensate lift pumps and electronic expansion valves (EEVs).
- Download, upload, and troubleshoot PLC programs for Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, and Allen-Bradley systems.
- Conduct system performance testing, calibration, and parameter adjustments to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Specialize in Installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of compressors, evaporators, Condensers, motors, ducts, piping, dampers, louvers, and mechanical/electrical controls.
- Handling high-pressure refrigerant circuits, oxy-acetylene brazing copper lines, and performing nitrogen pressure leak tests detection, vacuuming, flushing, refrigerant charging, and pipe insulation. Capable for replacement of compressors, evaporator coils, condenser coils and relocation of AC units with refrigerant copper piping modifications.
- Servicing & repairing heavy duty centrifugal belt-driven blower assemblies, balancing air volumes, calibrating high-pressure external duct systems, motorized mixing dampers, fire dampers, and air-filtration tracking system.
- Replace defective HVAC components, including thermostats, relays, switches, fan controls, damper motors, filters, belts, compressors, heat exchangers, and pressure/temperature controls.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, electrical schematics, control diagrams, and equipment manuals to execute maintenance and installation activities accurately.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, brazing equipment, vacuum pumps, gauges, and specialized HVAC testing instruments safely and effectively.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and restore HVAC systems to safe and reliable operation.
- Manage and prioritize high-volume work orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
مەرجەکان
- University degree in related discipline.
- 8-10 Years’ experience of HVAC system and AC units within a large industrial plant, preferably in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical & Fertilizer industry.
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
- Certified HVAC specialization in advanced VFR/VRV technology.
- Intermediate Proficiency in English verbal & written.
- Knowledge of Materials, methods and tools used in the operation and repair of HVAC.
- knowledge of Welding and soldering techniques.
- Proper methods of storing equipment
- Aware about PTW system and working in Oil field
- Have IT Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office, SharePoint etc…).
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Work independently with little direction.
- Meet schedules and time lines.
- Maintain routine records and prepare reports.
