هۆتێلی دیڤان لە هەولێر بەدوای کارمەندێکی خاوێنکردنەوەدا دەگەڕێت بۆ پاکوخاوێن ڕاگرتنی ژووری میوانەکان و شوێنە گشتییەکان. پێویستە پێشکەشکار بەلایەنی کەمەوە یەک ساڵ ئەزموونی لە هەمان ئاستدا لە هۆتێلی پێنج ئەستێرە هەبێت و شارەزایی لە زمانی ئینگلیزیدا هەبێت.
دەربارەی کارەکە
As a Housekeeping Attendant you are responsible for the cleanliness of Guest rooms and public areas as instructed by Supervisors while adhering to Hotel policies and procedures.
ئەرکەکان
- Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
- Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately
- Check and report any maintenance work required immediately
- Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets
- Make bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floor and polish brass and metal
- Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies
- Tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity top and spot cleans carpet when necessary
- Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at all times
- Inform valet service to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing services
- Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
- Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories
- Reporting defects in the room, to ensure that our standards remain at the highest level.
- Assisting the Housekeeping team to ensure efficiency and seamless service.
مەرجەکان
- At least 1 year experience at same level in a Five star Hotel
- Effective communication skills (English and any other) and pleasant personality are a must.
- Very energetic, flexible and can handle pressure
- Be fully conversant with health and safety procedures and emergency procedures
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
