ماستەر گرووپ لە هەولێر پێویستی بە ژمێریاری دارایییە جێگیرەکان هەیە بۆ بەڕێوەبردنی تۆماری دارایییەکان لە سیستەمی ERP و ئەنجامدانی پشکنینی مەیدانی لە عێراق. کارەکە پێویستی بە بڕوانامەی بەکالۆریۆس هەیە لە ژمێریاری یان دارایی لەگەڵ توانای گەشتکردن.

دەربارەی کارەکە

The Fixed Assets Accountant is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining accurate records of company fixed assets. The role oversees the asset lifecycle within the ERP system, conducts regular physical inspections, and ensures alignment between system records and actual assets across all company locations.

ئەرکەکان

  • Record asset additions, disposals, and transfers accurately and promptly in the ERP system.
  • Monitor monthly depreciation and ensure correct posting in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct physical verification of assets across company branches and locations.
  • Verify asset condition, usage, and status against ERP records.
  • Identify discrepancies between physical assets and system records and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on asset movements, depreciation, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and audit standards.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments regarding fixed asset-related inquiries and updates.
  • Travel within Iraq for field visits and physical asset inspections.

مەرجەکان

  • Travel Requirements: Travel within Iraq for field visits and physical asset inspections is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fixed assets, accounting, or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management and depreciation principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel across Iraq for field visits.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
