دەربارەی کارەکە

Responsible for mechanical maintenance and operation, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and commissioning of plunger pumps and associated surface equipment used in jet pump operations: 3-phase separator operation and maintenance, SSV, Valves, Manifolds. Wellhead operations.

ئەرکەکان

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plunger pumps.
  • Operations with Separators, piping rig up/rig down, manifolds, Triplex, Plunger pumps, flowing to production operations.
  • Dismantle, inspect, repair, and assemble plunger pump components.
  • Replace packing, valves, plungers, seals, bearings, and mechanical components.
  • Conduct alignment checks and vibration monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot pump performance issues and mechanical failures.
  • Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
  • Assist during equipment mobilization and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and maintenance procedures.

مەرجەکان

  • Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in oilfield mechanical maintenance and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of:Triplex and quintuplex plunger pumps
  • Reciprocating pump maintenance
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Mechanical troubleshooting
  • Rotating equipment maintenance
  • Separators maintenance
  • Valves maintenance.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
