دەربارەی کارەکە

The Digital Product Inventory Officer is responsible for managing and controlling digital product and voucher/card inventory, including purchasing stock, monitoring availability, and supporting internal teams to ensure uninterrupted sales operations. This role focuses on digital vouchers and products, requiring high accuracy, strong communication skills, and continuous coordination with suppliers, finance, and operational teams to ensure stock availability, proper reconciliation, and timely support for product-related issues.

ئەرکەکان

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure continuous availability and avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Track voucher lifecycle from purchasing, storage, activation, sale, to redemption
  • Identify unusual activity, discrepancies, or potential misuse and escalate when required
  • Write, send, and respond to professional emails related to voucher stock, purchasing, and confirmations
  • Coordinate with technical and supplier teams to resolve system or voucher integration issues
  • Analyze data to detect discrepancies, pricing errors, or stock anomalies
  • Report pricing changes, shortages, or inconsistencies to management
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase requests and stock replenishment plans

مەرجەکان

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-3 years. Experience in voucher management, prepaid cards, digital products, or financial operations is a strong advantage. Background in operations, finance, or digital product inventory is preferred.
  • Kurdish + (Arabic or English)
