AT Group is seeking a skilled Digital Operations Lead on behalf of an oil and gas company in Kirkuk, to drive the use of digital tools and data across our production operations, making them safer, more reliable and more efficient.

ئەرکەکان

  • Lead the digital operations roadmap for production, maintenance and HSE.
  • Run and improve operational systems such as production data management, historians (e.g. OSIsoft PI / AVEVA), CMMS (e.g. SAP PM, Maximo) and permit-to-work software.
  • Build dashboards and reports that turn field and SCADA data into decisions.
  • Lead digital projects from business case to go-live, including vendor management.
  • Work with IT and OT security teams to keep systems secure and available.
  • Drive user adoption through training and change management.

مەرجەکان

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 8+ years in digital, IT/OT or operations systems roles, with 3+ years in a lead role.
  • Oil and gas or heavy-industry operations experience (essential).
  • Hands-on knowledge of data platforms, historians, CMMS and BI tools (Power BI or similar).
  • Project management skills; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Fluent Kurdish or Arabic and English; Turkmen is a plus.
