ئەرکەکان
- The data clerk is responsible for entering data into the database and maintaining accurate, organized, and secure digital patient records within the DHIS2 platform.
- Input patient records into the online database, health information systems (DHIS2).
- Scan paper forms and upload them to the system.
- Organize patient records per dates and locations.
- Cross-check entries against paper forms. Flag inconsistencies, incomplete records, or anomalies.
- Ensure all information is kept confidential, clinical records must be kept securely.
- Complete any other data entry tasks requested.

- To perform this role successfully, an individual must be willing to abide by Samaritans Purses code of conduct and understand the principles of Samaritans Purses statement of faith, as well as be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- This is an entry-level position; professional or corporate work experience is not needed.
- Must be comfortable using a laptop and have a foundational knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications (such as Word and Excel).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
