We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and customer-oriented Currency Exchange Officer to join a currency exchange office (بورصة) in Duhok.
The successful candidate will handle currency exchange transactions, assist customers, maintain accurate records, and ensure transactions are completed safely and accurately.

- Buy and sell foreign currencies according to the office’s daily exchange rates.
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately.
- Count and verify cash before and after transactions.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Monitor exchange rates and communicate updates when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customers and financial transactions.
- Keep the cash desk organized and secure.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
مەرجەکان
- Female candidate.
- Previous experience in a currency exchange office, bank, cashier role, or similar position is preferred.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle financial transactions carefully.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluency in Kurdish is required; Arabic is preferred.
- Previous experience with foreign currencies is an advantage.
