دەربارەی کارەکە
Shahan Company is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller to support cost control across the entire French Village commercial line, including FV Market, MV Cafe, FV Bakery, FV Fast Food, FV Gaming Hub, and other current or future commercial outlets.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will monitor inventory and operating costs, review purchasing and consumption records, identify cost variances and wastage, support accurate stock control, and provide clear cost information to support operational decision-making.

- Monitor and analyze costs across all French Village commercial outlets, including inventory, purchases, consumption, wastage, losses, and relevant operating expenses.
- Review purchasing, receiving, stock-transfer, consumption, sales, and wastage records; compare expected and actual usage; and investigate unusual variances, shortages, or cost movements.
- Coordinate and verify regular physical stock counts across commercial outlets, reconcile actual stock against system or recorded balances, and follow up on discrepancies with relevant teams.
- Maintain and review food, beverage, menu, recipe, and product costing where applicable.
- Monitor supplier price changes, margins, and cost trends, and raise significant concerns with the Operations Manager.
- Prepare accurate periodic cost-control reports and summaries, maintain supporting records, and coordinate with Finance and Procurement on documentation and reconciliations.
- Recommend practical controls to improve cost efficiency and reduce avoidable wastage or losses.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in cost control, accounting, inventory analysis, or a similar finance-related role.
- Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
- Strong understanding of purchasing, receiving, inventory movements, stock counts, consumption, wastage, cost reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and practical familiarity with accounting, POS, inventory, or ERP systems.
- High numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and communicate findings clearly.
- Previous cost-control experience in food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, retail, supermarkets, or another multi-outlet commercial environment is preferred.
- Experience with food, beverage, menu, recipe, or product costing and gross-margin analysis is an advantage.
- Familiarity with supplier invoices, purchase documentation, receiving records, stock transfers, and outlet-level inventory controls is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Operations, Finance, Procurement, outlet teams, and management across multiple commercial locations.
