We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a leading real estate and construction company in Baghdad. The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, project financing, risk management, and financial reporting while supporting the company's growth and investment objectives.

ئەرکەکان

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
  • Oversee project financing and investment analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and shareholders.
  • Establish strong financial controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

مەرجەکان

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate development, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in project financing, financial planning, and treasury management.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the Iraqi market or the Middle East region.
  • Exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
