کۆڕەک تلیکۆم لە هەولێر بەدوای پسپۆڕی خزمەتگوزارییەکانی چارجینگدا دەگەڕێت بۆ جێبەجێکردنی تەکنیکی و چارەسەرکردنی کێشەکانی سیستەمی باڵانس و چارجینگ. پێویستە پێشکەشکار بڕوانامەی بەکالۆریۆسی پەیوەندیدار و ١-٢ ساڵ ئەزموونی هەبێت و شارەزای زمانەکانی ئینگلیزی و کوردی بێت.

ئەرکەکان

  • Technical implementation of Sales and Marketing department products and services.
  • Support operations teams in troubleshooting faults.
  • Respond to any queries and complaints from other business/operation units regarding CS services.
  • Ensure correct implementation of services.
  • Ensure the design & implementation of new products & change requests in a timely manner with the highest quality.
  • Enforce the product life cycle (PLC) process.
  • Implement an effective framework for balancing workload assignments, employee schedules and work distribution among charging services team members.
  • Assess and validate new software release for Charging System.
  • Manage the UAT process with commercial/marketing team.
  • Enforce proper handover for the new products and services to CS support by preparing LLD and deployment procedure.

مەرجەکان

  • Education: Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering or Telecommunication
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Languages: English (required), Kurdish (required), Arabic (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge in SS7 and IP Protocols.
  • Ability to work independently under demanding situations.
  • Good knowledge in development tools (Shell , Java , Python , Perl …etc).
  • Strong Unix/Linux administration skills.
  • Good Database management skills (DDL & DML).
  • Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills.
  • Intelligent Network concept is a plus.
