Reports To: Branch Manager

To prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold beverages according to the company's approved recipes and quality standards, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

  • Prepare beverages according to approved recipes and quality standards.
  • Welcome customers and provide professional and friendly service.
  • Ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and tools.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal appearance standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Branch Manager.
  • Minimize product waste and take care of company property.
  • Follow the assigned working schedule and wear the official uniform.
  • Cooperate with team members and follow the Branch Manager's instructions.

  • Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
