دەربارەی کارەکە

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Back Sales Officer to join our team and support our sales operations, order processing, and logistics activities.

ئەرکەکان

  • Coordinate with international factories and suppliers to prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Prepare and review packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Issue sales invoices for authorized distributors across Iraq.
  • Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and logistics operations.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, invoicing, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, shipments, and transactions.
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the sales department.

مەرجەکان

  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – MANDATORY.
  • Good command of Arabic.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in back-office sales, logistics, or accounting is preferred.
