دەربارەی کارەکە
uthoor Al Sharq is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our factory team in Erbil.
The Architect will be responsible for preparing and reviewing architectural and production drawings, coordinating technical requirements with the factory and project teams, monitoring production accuracy, and ensuring that manufactured items comply with approved drawings, dimensions, specifications, and project requirements.

- Prepare, review, and modify architectural, technical, and production drawings.
- Develop detailed shop drawings based on approved architectural drawings and project requirements.
- Review project drawings, specifications, dimensions, and technical requirements before production.
- Coordinate closely with the factory production team, engineers, project teams, and management.
- Convert architectural designs and site requirements into accurate drawings suitable for manufacturing and execution.
- Ensure manufactured items comply with approved drawings, dimensions, materials, and required specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and follow up on production to identify and resolve technical or dimensional issues.
- Prepare detailed drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and other technical documentation as required.
- Review measurements received from project sites and ensure their correct implementation in production drawings.
- Prepare and review material quantities and assist with BOQs and material requirements when required.
- Coordinate revisions and drawing updates and ensure that the latest approved versions are used for production.
- Perform other architectural and technical duties assigned by management within the scope of the position.
مەرجەکان
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience in factories, manufacturing, fit-out, joinery, furniture, doors, kitchens, interior works, or construction-related production is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and shop drawings.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, or other architectural software is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good understanding of materials, dimensions, finishes, and manufacturing requirements.
