دەربارەی کارەکە

The company is seeking a responsible and organized Administrative Officer to oversee daily administrative operations within its packaging department in Gwer, Erbil. The successful candidate will supervise and monitor employees, check warehouse inventory, track available goods and materials, identify shortages, and prepare daily reports on operations and stock levels.

  • Oversee employees and monitor daily activities within the packaging department.
  • Check warehouses regularly to monitor stock levels and identify missing or insufficient goods and materials.
  • Track and report the quantities of available products, goods, and materials.
  • Prepare daily reports covering inventory status, employee activities, and ongoing operations.
  • Report shortages, operational issues, and other concerns to management.
  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations within the department.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and inventory reports.

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to monitor employees and follow up on daily tasks.
  • Good attention to detail when checking inventory and reporting quantities.
  • Ability to prepare clear and accurate daily reports.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Gwer, Erbil.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant field.
