عن الوظيفة

AT Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wells Operations Lead on behalf of an oil and gas company in Kirkuk. The successful candidate will lead the safe and efficient delivery of new wells, from drilling through to first production.

المهام

  • Lead the new wells team and its work plan.
  • Oversee drilling, completion, testing and hook-up of new wells.
  • Work with the subsurface, drilling and production teams to hand wells over to operations.
  • Manage drilling contractors and service companies on site.
  • Make sure all well work follows HSE rules and well integrity standards.
  • Track progress, costs and risks, and report to management.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in well operations or drilling, including a lead role.
  • Oil and gas field experience in Iraq or the region.
  • Good knowledge of well completion, testing and well integrity.
  • IWCF or IADC well control certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in English; advanced level in Arabic.
