Industry: Automotive

Al Sarab Auto is expanding its After Sales operations and is looking for a Warranty Claims & Audit Specialist to support warranty claims, review warranty procedures, and contribute to the quality of warranty operations.

المتطلبات

Practical experience in the automotive industry and After Sales.
Experience with Warranty Claims and Warranty Procedures.
Strong understanding of warranty claim processes and documentation.
Ability to review and analyze warranty-related information.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing claims and documentation.
Good data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze technical issues and identify root causes.
Experience with TSBs and technical campaigns.
Ability to support Service Centers and resolve technical issues.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and commitment to results.
Passion for continuous development and a long-term career in the automotive industry.
