تبحث شركة نيوال عن مشرف مستودع في البصرة لإدارة العمليات اليومية والمخزون وفريق العمل الخاص بالأجهزة المنزلية. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة إشرافية في المستودعات لا تقل عن سنتين وإتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
عن الوظيفة
A Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations for home appliances, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, TVs, and small appliances. The role ensures operational efficiency, product safety, and accuracy while maintaining compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
المهام
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate the receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of home appliances, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage and ensure timely deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, manage shifts, and provide training on safe handling of large and fragile appliances.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and monitor slow-moving or high-value items to reduce losses and damages.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations (local standards), especially regarding heavy lifting, stacking, and equipment usage.
- Quality & Damage Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages, ensure proper packaging.
- Administrative Tasks: Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel to track inventory, generate reports, and monitor KPIs.
- On-time delivery and dispatch accuracy
- Inventory accuracy and shrinkage/damage rates
- Product damage rate during handling and storage
- Staff productivity and adherence to safety standards
المتطلبات
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or FMCG sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS, barcode systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Leadership: Strong team management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle operational challenges.
- Product Handling Awareness: Knowledge of handling and storing large, fragile, and high-value items such as appliances.
- Organization: High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Turkish is considered an advantage.
