iQ Cars is looking for a confident and communicative Tele sales Agent Intern to contact customers, explain the company’s services, and follow up with customers to support effective communication and customer engagement.
المهام
- Make phone calls to customers and follow up on their enquiries.
- Explain iQ Cars services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain and update accurate call records.
- Communicate with customers confidently and respond to their questions regarding the company’s services.
- Ensure customer follow-ups are completed and recorded appropriately.
المتطلبات
- Must be a final-year university student from any academic major or a recent graduate.
- Fluent in Kurdish.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
