عن الوظيفة

Al Sarab Auto is expanding its After Sales operations and is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support technical operations, Service Centers, and the growing Chery service network in Iraq.

المتطلبات

Practical experience in the automotive industry and After Sales.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze technical issues and identify root causes.
Experience with TSBs and technical campaigns.
Ability to support Service Centers and resolve technical issues.
Good reporting and data analysis skills.
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly with Service Center teams.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and commitment to results.
Passion for continuous development and a long-term career in the automotive industry.
